Brie in Pastry with Apples and Honey
Ingredients
- 1 250g Brie
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 thinly sliced apples
- Honey, fresh thyme, 1 egg yolk
Preparation
1. Roll out the pastry, place apples in the center and put the Brie on top.
2. Drizzle with honey and thyme.
3. Fold the pastry over the cheese, brush with egg yolk.
4. Bake at 200°C for 20 min until the crust is nicely golden.
